Anti-Static Packaging
We supply a range of antistatic packaging materials including raw antistatic polythene on the roll and converted antistatic polythene products such as anti-static bags and sacks in a range of material thicknesses. Other materials in this range include black volume conductive bags, sheeting, tubing and liners as well as metalised static shielding bags and metalised moisture barrier bags.

Pink Anti-Static Packaging
We supply pink antistatic packaging on the roll or converted into items such as open top bags and resealable zip top bags. Our pink antistatic polythene materials (which are also available in white as well as other colours to order) are aminee free and optionally hot foil printed with the ESD logo in yellow (hot foil print being a better quality print than other bags on the market). Pink antistatic packaging material, also called Electro Static Dissipative (ESD) material offers a typical surface resistance of 10¹º - 10¹²Ω/m², ideal for most electronics packaging requirements and is available in either 300g or 400g thicknesses although other thicknesses can be manufactured to order. Custom printing of all materials is available.

All open top antistatic bags can be offered as either loose singles or perforated on the roll.

All antistatic material can be heat sealed and is fully recyclable. Bags can be supplied in plain or printed with an ESD warning notice, recycle logo, write on panel, custom print as well as alternative colour schemes for individual coding systems. Meets Mil Spec 81705-B. Surface resistance 10¹⁰ - 10¹² Ω (EN 100.015/1).

Dissipative Packaging
Dissipative packaging, available in the same formats as pink antistatic packaging offers no or low initial charges and prevents discharge to or from human contact with a surface resistance 10⁶ - 10⁹ Ω.

Black Volume Conductive
Black volume material offers no or low initial charges and provides a path for the charge to bleed off. Black Volume Conductive material is ideal for the transportation of static sensitive electronic devices such as PCB boards and drive systems. Black Volume Conductive material is unaffected by humidity, is available in either 300g or 400g thicknesses, although other thicknesses can be manufactured to order and is generally more expensive than pink antistatic material. Can be printed with the ESD logo in yellow hot foil. Black Volume Conductive material can be supplied as:

Black volume conductive films and bags can be manufactured from 50mm – 1200mm wide, be heat sealed and are fully recyclable. Black volume conductive bags can be supplied with the standard ESD warning symbol and a standard range of bags are available from stock or can be manufactured to your requirements. Surface resistivity is less than 10⁵Ω (EN 100 015/1)

Custom made large conductive liners can be made to order.

Metalised Static Shielding Bag
Metalised static shielding bags are manufactured from metallic polyester, laminated to an antistatic polythene layer. This provides true shielding for static sensitive devices by way of the ‘Faraday Cage’ principle, and includes an inner antistatic layer to prevent static charge generation. Metalised static shielding bags can be offered as either open top bags or with a resealable closure and are printed with a standard ESD warning symbol. A standard range of bags are available from stock.

Metalised Moisture Barrier Bag
Regular Polythene is micro-porus. Moisture barrier bags have an additional nylon laminate sealing layer to prevent moisture ingression. Ideal for use where sensitive electronic components are being stored for long periods of time and where air is removed from within the bag during the packing process. Metalised moisture barrier bags can be offered as either open top bags or with a resealable closure. A standard range of metalised moisture barrier bags are available from stock.
